Local Service: For clients in the Carthage, MO area, we provide onsite service at our facility. You are welcome to drop off your projectors and PCs for evaluation, cleaning, and full hardware service.

National Service: For customers outside our local area, you can ship your equipment to our location. While shipping costs are the responsibility of the unit owner, we offer discounted shipping rates that are significantly lower than standard rates from carriers like UPS and the Post Office.

To facilitate a smooth repair process, please provide the following details:

• Projector or PC model number
• Description of the issues being experienced
• Packaged dimensions and weight of the unit

For optimal protection during shipping, ensure that the equipment is securely packed with at least 5 inches of suitable cushioning material around the unit. Using the original packaging, if available, is highly recommended.

Upon receiving these details, we will open a service ticket and provide a shipping quote.

Costs and Charges:

• Evaluation and Labor: The evaluation fee and hourly labor cost are $49.99. This fee, which is nonrefundable, includes the first hour of labor. For most projector repairs this fee covers the entire labor involved, as our technicians are highly experienced in handling these units efficiently. For instance, a deep clean and replacement of the lamp ballast typically fall within this hour.
• Additional Charges: Hardware costs and return shipping are separate and will be quoted accordingly.
