The Sony LMP-H220. Whether you are repairing a loose bulb or replacing your old bulb with a new one in your existing housing, you are in the right place! This is a quick process that can easily be completed by anyone with light mechanical ability. First and foremost, always wear gloves when handling a bare bulb. Installation instructions: It is relatively easy to install the bulb into an existing housing. The only tools required are a Philips screwdriver and a pair of tweezers. It is best to work with the lamp in the orientation shown in the picture below once the 4 retaining screws are removed, be careful some parts may fall out. To remove the old bulb: Remove screw 1 and the metal bracket that it holds. Remove the two screws 2 that hold the wires to the bulb terminals. Be sure to remember which wire goes where.
