I am looking for a bulb for a Mitsubishi WD-C657 DLP TV. The bulb that came out was number 915P061010 but the replacement is 915B403001. Not sure what bulb to order or if it makes a difference. Thank you for your help
The Mitsubishi WD-C657 shows the 915P061010 as the proper replacment.
However, if you are pulling out the 915B403001 from your TV, potentially the TV model number is slightly different (I just double checked Mitsubishis feed and it does show the 915P061010 is correct)
Best option is to pull your existing lamp and get the part number off of the bottom of the housing. Although the 915P061010 and 915B403001 both utilize the same lamp and look similar, the connector is in a different location on the housing.

Hello, thank you for checking with Jaspertronics. Osram P-VIP lamps carry a 6 month warranty. If you have been purchasing the Osram P-VIP lamp with housing (the Original lamp as initially designed for your TV) and you are having premature failure issues, there may be another issue at hand. You should be getting upwards of 6,000 hours per bulb with proper upkeep, usage, and maintenance.
